    Hello,
    the SNOM D785 is listed as supported, but it is not recorgnized in Phones and manual adding doesn't work.
    my 3CX has the latest official version.

    How can I use the Snom D785?

    It is listed in the provisioning files and manual provisioning will also work. It would help to know if on the same LAN, if the firmware is updated and whatever else you can tell us other than it doesn't work. Perhaps the IP is blacklisted?

    Its in the snom template in 3CX: <model ua="snomD785">Snom D785</model>.

    I think it maybe a deeper issue than this. If the device is on the local LAN please first confirm whether any other supported models appear in the phones list on 3CX or not and if not take a look at this guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/plug-and-play-ip-phone/

    if you never had a snom device before, template updates are supressed for models you dont have.
    Create a fake snom device for now in an extension.
    in 2min under updates a snom update should be seen...

    After adding a fake device I updatet snom templates.
    After that I was able to manually add the device.
    But not I have an incompatible firmware on this phone (firmware is 10.1.20.0)
