Hey guys,
So looking for some ideas here.
What i got is a customer who we have had all Yealink phones in the past. Yealink has under dial plain "Replace"feature which with there DECT phone we used. We has **1 replace SP1 / **2 replace SP2/ **3 replace SP3.
That allowed the handsets to dial **1 to pickup a call on SP1 worked great.
We have since replaced there DECT phone with a Snom M700 unit.
Looking at the units provisioning files it doesn't look like it has the ability to do a dial plan replace option.
So any bright ideas out there on how i can get a phone access to SP1 without having a key programmed to it.
Thanks!
