    Hi,
I have M9 phones on my Ver 12 system. They work fine BUT, the "go to sleep" sometimes for no apparent reason. If i use the phone to call (even internally) it will "wake up" and start ringing in the queue as normal.
    VERY frustrating, and ideas?
    Thanks!!

I have tested both the M3 and M9 and did not see this issue... but the M9 has terrible g722.. avoid in favor of g711u.
