Softphone answer external calls

    Hi!
    I've a 3CX Softphone4 and a Snom300 on my desk. Both are ringing when a call comes in. All internal calls can be accepted from both: softphone or snom, everything works well. When an external call comes in also both phones are ringing but when I answer with the softphone I can't hear anything --- I need to answer with the snom... How can I solve this problem?

    Give us some more details about your setup:

    Provider/Gateway?

    Firewalls (including on your computer)? Does firewall checker pass?

    3cx Logs for one of those calls (pref. verbose/debug)?

    3cx phone's debug output?

    It sounds like a pretty typical one-way audio issue.

    NOT THAT I RECOMMEND KEEPING THIS SETTING TURNED ON - but for the sake of testing, turn on "PBX delivers audio" on your extension and try picking up the external call again...

    Hi! Thanks for your fast answer... I can't believe it --> we just solved the problem 5 minutes ago:
    We reduced the Audio-Quality so it worked on both: softphone and SNOM (which is prior on an ISDN-Landline).
