Softphone Delays

    Has anyone seen an issue where a call with appear to be connected to multiple 3cx softphones before closing the call on all but the phone that actually answered?

    The process is:

    1) A call comes into our queue
    2) Multiple reps attempt to answer the call
    3) Multiple reps think they've answered it based on the softphone's display
    4) Only on rep has answered it and the other Reps see their phones disconnect

    We have recreated this issue with a Ring All strategy and with Groups of 3.
