Since my update from V14 to V15 my Windows Softphone does not convert the + to 00 anymore.
The setting in the accountsettings is still active and seems to be correct.

But when entering (or copy-paste, or using the hotkey F11) a phone number starting with a +, the + is not converted to 00.

    Anyone any idea?

Same issue.. I was thinking of trying an outbound rule to "fix" that issue and see what I get. If I try the redial from the app, it fails to route. I have to copy/edit/paste for it to work at all.

I may have to adjust the inbound CID to drop the + there.. I'd rather not have to do that if I didn't have to. E164 is set to drop if same country (+1), but I'm not sure if that even comes into play.

Haven't tried enough things yet.. maybe somebody else has, or 3CX can reply with a better answer.

    Hello there,

Check and see if the following option is selected on the widows client:

settings >> configure accounts>> double click on the account>> advanced settings>> scroll down to replace + with 00 and make sure it's selected.

Let us know if this worked.

If you read my first post, you will find the answer....
Yes, this is still enabled, and it is still not working.

Is your phone in CTI mode? This option is for CTI mode as the hard phone cannot process the + sign.
The windows client can send the + sign to the PBX and from there the PBX will look in the E164 rules to see how this will be processed. If E164 is disabled then the + sign will be handled in the outbound rules as you specify.

I'm in softphone mode, E164 processing is enabled, and it doesn't work.
