Softphone window position

    Does anyone know of a way to set keep the position the softphone window on the desktop even after the user logs out?

    You could pin to taskbar, this would allow quicker access when needed, when you say log out, do you mean windows user or PBX agent?

    I mean any 3CX windows softphone user that logs out of their windows account.

    It is pinned to the task bar. Most of our users have dual monitors and the 3CX softphone window defaults to the center of the main monitor. I do have it opening when receiving a call but when the user wants to make a call then they have to click on the taskbar to bring the window up then do the dial. If it is on an empty space then it is one less step.
