Hi, At the minute it seems there is an issue with CTI mode working properly with remote extensions provisioned using STUN. I believe the issue is the soft phone has no way of knowing what the LAN IP of the desk phone is due to the way STUN works. As when setting up the remote phone you need to add in NAT rules, chances are the remote phone will be suing a static IP. Would it not make sense to have a LAN IP field appear when choosing STUN as a provisioning type so that the LAN IP can be entered manually so full CTI mode is available. Thank you.
