Hi,
We are using a SIP Trunk by XCast (Who I have used before without issue), they use IP authentication only. I have the SIP setup with IP based authentication but all incoming calls don't go through. When I was troubleshooting it with XCast they saw that the 3CX system was doing some attempt at registration. Below is a sample of one of the packets XCast received:
Any ideas on what is causing it to attempt registration? The SIP Trunk is setup with "Do not require - IP Based"
EDIT: Figured it out, was the formatting of the DIDs, I wasn't paying attention and put them as 800-555-1212 instead of 8005551212
