Solved: "Night" message?

    Hi,

    I want to add a "Hi, you have reached xxx - we're closed now" message outside office hours.

    To enter a message like that, am I correct that I have to create an extention, log on that extention with the soft phone, call the voice mail (999) and create the message?

    How can I prevent that customers can leave a message? ... and also not get the beeeeeep?

    You can just create an DR with this message and without any forwardings. Just empty DR with announcement and End call as the only option.
