Solved: Outgoing calls in Voicemail Menu

    Is this supported in the Free Version?
    I have enabled it in Global Options in General settings and it allows me to enter a number but the Activity log shows not action requested.

    Hi, Yes this is supported in the free version too.
    When you enter the number is the call successful?
    Also we need Verbose Logs to identify your issue, if you want you can send them directly to me - mb@3cx.com.
    Note - Enable Verbose Logs ( Setting > Advance > Verbose)

    Loaded up a soft phone and using the dial a number from the voice mail menu worked.

    I rechecked the configurations for the Polycom and the out bound proxy was not correct. Updated the settings and all is now working as documented.
