    Outlook gives this message when processing incoming call:

    an error occurred processing an inbound call
    an item with the same key has already been added

    Hi, we released the new assistant with outlook CRM for 2010.

    Install this build and let us know if you can still replicate your issue.

    Thank you for your help, it seems to be fixed now. It was outlook 2007

    Can you please elaborate on this? I have this issue happening with many users. The users are using the most current Assistant version and Outlook 2007 with the proper plugin.
