Solved: Phone books - Myphone web interface

    When trying to load by importing a file through the web my phone interface, the import dialogue is incomplete, I have tried drag and dropping in case it is a "drop zone" but don't seem to get things working?

    See enclosed screen shot

    Anyone have some tips? or is this a bug?

    Hi, you just need to delete the cache. This happens due to corrupted browser cache.
    To solve this :

    Go to Tools > Internet Options and check for Delete browsing history on exit.
    Also Manually remove by selecting Settings > View Files and delete all Temporary internet Files.

    Close Browser and reopen browser.
