Sound and Display problem

    My setup is as follows: Internet to router1 to router2

    One router1 I have my 3CX server and a client installed on the server. This client works fine; I get a dial tone and can see a list of the extensions.

    On router2 I have a client computer with the voip soft client installed "lastest version". I can login and get registered on the server but I can not see a list of available extensions. I also dont have any sound; I can pick up a line and i have no dial tone. I can dial the extension and that line rings but when I answer it I cant hear the other person.

    Any ideas anyone?
