Sound issue...

    I setup my server and it seemed to work fine but that was only inside my network. If I connect from outside the LAN using x-lite I can register and make calls but I get no SOUND :(
    I was trying to call 999 also and did the same. In the server status it show that ext 101 is conected with ext102 or any other one buy there is no sound. Please help !!!!

    THis would point to a firewall problem. Please review the manual for the ports you must open.

    In general, if you want to connect to the PBX from outside your network we its easiest to use some form of VPN connection.

    Thanks, but I did opened all the ports they are asking for...
    I have 3478tcp/udp, 5060tcp/udp, 7000-7500udp, 9000-9100udp. These are the ports that I read about and opened but the sound don't go thru...

    No sound from ouside to inside

    Hi,
    Yes I experience the same issues. I work with X-lite, have a connection over VoIPbuster. I can call from Inside to outside but can hear the voice form outside to inside. All ports of my Linksys router are opened for UDP and TCP traffic.

    Any one has a idea
