sound wait and dail number

    hello when i try dail *3031, it tell the message in the free addition...
    that i cant dail?? why?

    how i change the ring when call is rining ..

    how i use dailpain to extention? it is IVR?

    (for sales press 1 for support press 2..)

    IVR is correct for Sales press 1 , Support press 2, etc And within this IVr you set 1 to ring an extension, or possibly a ring group to a bunch of extensions that are "Sales", or a Queue where people log in and log out and the system holds callers in a queue until someone is available to take their call.

    What are you trying to accomplish by dialing *3031 ?

    *3 is used to change status, along with another digit (0-4) depending on what status you are attempting to set. So, *30 makes you available, *31 is away, etc.

    So, *3031 will give you a "no action performed message".
