SP4 Upgrade - Downtime?

    Hi there, just wondering if there´s a downtime when upgrading from v15 SP3 to SP4 (upgrading the SP only) and how long it is.

    Will calls be canceled or blocked?

    Would be nice to hear your experiences you´ve made so far.

    Hi there,

    The update depends on your download speed and how fast your machine is. Mine took 5 minutes and yes services will be restarted by the update so there will be downtime on calls. It is always best practise to perform upgrades outside of office hours and perform a backup before starting.
