SPA-3102 Caller ID from PSTN

    Iam sure that you gave answer to that problem but i cannot find it in the forum so if you please tell me once again what can i do to have caller id in SPA-3102 because now i see only the internal line number like "10001"

    That should be easy, on SPA3102 configuration under 3CX Web admin, go to "Other Options" , select "Use ip in contacts" and below that put the SPA3102 Internal IP. On the SPA3102 configuration, under PSTN Line make sure you have enabled the option "PSTN CID for Voip CID" and that should do it...

    call drops after 32sec

    Onother problem 3cx drops all calls aftre 32sec, any ideas?

    3CX AND SPA3102 CALLER ID

    I did what you send about caller is in both systems but nothing came up.
    any other suggestions? i show also that in the info page of voice setup of spa3102 comes out PSTN CALLER ID "," so i realized that this is the first step to fix. the spa3102 does not send the caller id to 3cx but i dont known how to fix it
