    I'm new at this, but I think i'm missing something i should see, but I don't. Anyway, I have 3cx installed with a Linksys SPA-3102, a SOFTphone (ext.101), a linksys SPA-841 (ext. 100) and an analog phone on the SPA-3102 line 1 (ext.102). All are registered and showing a green light.
    I created an outbound prefix of 9 to access an outside line. Cannot call out at all, i get the following messages:

    Call(C:1B) is rejected: User Not Found
    22:48:26.575 StratInOut::eek:nCancel Call(C:1B): Call from Ext.100 to 8677008 terminated; reason: User Not Found
    22:48:26.465 Endpoint::findSource Can not find source by following specs: Contact IP: '71.243.135.138'; From: '10000'; To: '8677008'; Rline: '8677008'; Contact: '10000'

    when I try to call the analog extension from any internal phone, I get "proxy authorization required, and the following in 3cx:

    23:18:02.746 CallConf::Rejected Call(C:24) is rejected: Proxy Authentication Required
    23:18:02.746 StratInOut::eek:nCancel Call(C:24): Call from Ext.101 to 102 terminated; reason: Proxy Authentication Required
    23:18:02.543 CallConf::eek:nIncoming Call(C:24): Incoming call from Ext.101 to sip:102@172.16.1.30
    23:17:25.137 CallConf::Rejected Call(C:23) is rejected: Proxy Authentication Required

    Please help!

    Make sure you have the correct authentication details in 3CX and the SPA3102.

    Try
    http://www.dayboro.info/3cx/Take2/NetworkView.htm if that gives you more info.

    or

    http://www.dayboro.info/3cx/Manual/InstructionMSPA102V2.pdf
    That might be to detailed but cannot hurt.

    Be quick as these pages are about to disappear (as part of a bigger picture :))

    Post if you have any troubles after reading the first weblink.

    H.
