SPA 3102 linksys and IVR problems

    used linksys SPA3102 with 3cx phonesystem,but i have two problems
    first problem:
    in inbound calls , i listened the ivr ,but do not response when enter the extension number
    second problem :
    FXO Line do not disconnect, when the inbound caller finshed the call

    Such issues are discusses many times, it's better to search the forum(s).
    Before that make sure you've set correctly the SPA-3102 -- follow the guides.

    In general: SPA-3102 is working fine, if any issues eventually, they are either related to provider or improper configuration.

    Incoming level may have to be boosted to compensate for poor phone line or distance from central office. Be careful as too much volume can cause echo issues.

    There are a number of disconnect methods that can be used, Disconnect tone, silence, and CPC (actual line disconnect sent from central office, if available). You will have to experiment to see which one works best for you. Disconnect tone must be set-up for your region to match tone sent by PSTN provider. Silence detect is tricky as a low level conversation/music on hold, can cause the line to drop, if you are not careful.
