SPA 942 Hold music NAT

    I've got an existing ticket open with 3cx at the moment, just wanted to ask before I go down the path of wireshark captures etc to work out whats going wrong.

    The setup is hosted 3cx offsite, office phones connect to the server over nat.

    Everything is working appart from the hold music button on the spa942, the 3cx sip phone works.

    Just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and how you resolved it.

    When you put a caller on hold, what do they get, dead air, beeps, nothing? Does it differ, depending on whether it's an outside caller or an extension, as someone else is experiencing?
