I am seeing long delays before the SPA3102 goes "On Hook" when the outside caller on the my Thailand PSTN line hangs up. SPA3102 goes on hook after 30 to 60 seconds because the "Last PSTN Disconnect Reason: VoIP call ended". I have all settings as recommended in the 3CX installation guide and tones set as per http://www.3amsystems.com/wireline/tone-search.htm for Thailand. I have tried several Disconnect Tones including:
425@-30,425@-30;2(0.32/0.32/1+2) from the 3AM Systems datebase and
400@-19,400@-19;(.3/.3/1+2) from another posting in this forum.

    My setup is as follows:

    PSTN Disconnect Detection
Detect CPC: yes Detect Polarity Reversal: yes
Detect PSTN Long Silence: no Detect VoIP Long Silence: no
PSTN Long Silence Duration: 40 VoIP Long Silence Duration: 30
PSTN Silence Threshold: medium Min CPC Duration: .150
    Detect Disconnect Tone: yes
    Disconnect Tone: 425@-30,425@-30;2(0.32/0.32/1+2)

I also have a Vonage VoIP line (PAP2) connected to another SPA3102. When a call on that line ends, the SPA3102 goes on hook quickly because "Last PSTN Disconnect Reason: CPC Signal". So this line is working fine.

What should I do to detect the hang up on my Thailand TT&T PSTN line?

I am using tones from http://www.3amsystems.com . I have only changed the busy tone, dial tone, congestion or reorder tone, and disconnect tone. The rest are still set at the USA defaults.

    Call Progress Tones
    Dial Tone: 400@-10;10(*/0/1) - Changed
Second Dial Tone: 420@-19,520@-19;10(*/0/1+2) - Default
Outside Dial Tone: 400@-10;10(*/0/1) - Changed
    Prompt Tone: 520@-19,620@-19;10(*/0/1+2) - Default
    Busy Tone: 400@-10;10(0.5/0.5/1) - Changed
    Reorder Tone: 400@-10;10(0.3/0.3/1) - Changed
Off Hook Warning Tone: 480@-10,620@0;10(.125/.125/1+2) - Default

    Disconnect Tone: 425@-30,425@-30; 2(0.32/0.32/1+2) - Changed

Those were the only tones I could find. I did find a "call waiting tone" for Thailand, but I did not use it.

    What else should I try?

The disconnect tone is the one you need to adjust to suit your country. That said, it won't work if your PSTN doesn't send a tone if the far end hands up but you don't. The most reliable disconnect signal is the CPC detect, BUT, that depends on your PSTN provider actually disconnecting the battery on the phone line for a second when the far end party hangs up. Some providers may not do this.

Short of using these, you will have to really of the silence time-out and threshold setting. They can require some trial and error to get just right.
