I have a very strange problem. I'v succeeded to set the spa3102 disconnect tone from pstn (busy signal cadence). All outgoing call (from PAP2T, SPA3102 line or x-lite) runs and disconnected on 3cx side automatically when the called party on pstn side hooking on. But the caller is an spa941 hardware sipphone, the call disconnects before ringing the called party. The 3cx line is the spa3102 pstn each case.

call started from spa921 (ext216):

15:58:22.058 StratLink::eek:nHangUp [CM104001] Call(84): Ln:30000@tda110 hung up call; cause: BYE; from IP:10.0.0.2
15:58:17.918 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(84): Created audio channel for Ln:30000@tda110 (10.0.0.2:16456) with third party (10.0.0.5:16440)
15:58:17.918 StratInOut::eek:nConnected [CM104005] Call(84): Setup completed for call from Ext.216 to Ln:30000@tda110
15:58:17.902 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(84): Created audio channel for Ext.216 (10.0.0.5:16440) with third party (10.0.0.2:16456)
15:58:17.902 CallConf::eek:nProvisional [CM103003] Call(84): Ln:30000@tda110 is ringing
15:58:17.652 CallConf::eek:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(84): Incoming call from 216 (Ext.216) to sip:[email protected]

Full process is 5s while the connection builds up then disconnects immediately.

call started from x-lite (ext206):

15:55:20.199 StratLink::eek:nHangUp [CM104001] Call(81): Ln:30000@tda110 hung up call; cause: BYE; from IP:10.0.0.2

15:54:55.918 StratInOut::eek:nConnected [CM104005] Call(81): Setup completed for call from Ext.206 to Ln:30000@tda110
15:54:55.918 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(81): Created audio channel for Ext.206 (10.0.0.99:57840) with Media Server (80.98.143.209:9032)

15:54:55.652 CallConf::eek:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(81): Incoming call from 206 (Ext.206) to sip:[email protected]

What is your network config look like? The media server has 2 different IPs 10.x network and an 80.x network.
Also your ports are very different.

I think because ext206 is set up as external but isn't it at the moment. This is a floating test configuration.

Perhaps I wasn't quite clear so nobody answers me. I simplify the issue.
The call disconnects immediately after goes out on SPA3102 PSTN. BUT just by SPA921. PAP2T, x-lite, SPA3102line run completely well.
