spa504g works but no vociemail???

    hi people,

    got our spa504g setup answers calls and places calls fine however when dailling the voicemail number it doesnt work (connects and theres just silence). i did have it working once but now isnt, any ideas?

    If you dial 999 does it work?

    its changed on our system to 121 but no it doesnt just connects and stays silent

    What does the 3CX log look like after you've dialled 121, is getting though to 3CX or being blocked by the dialplan in the set? Is this just one set that affected?

    Same IP and model phone too...Hmmmm

    yea, i didnt think it was related but i've relised it is. both router have the firewall disabled and the pbx server has its windows firewall off too. really dont understand why it wont work

    Time to get out Wireshark and see (confirm) where the SIP messages are being blocked.

    really didnt want to do that!!! installed it and have no idea what to do with it

    run that wire shark and it says that my internal pbx 192.168.1.120 is reachable yet the windows fire wall and routers fire is completly off
