Solved Spanish Que not connecting

    Hi,
    We have a Que set up to direct incoming Spanish calls to our Spanish speaking representatives, but after following the prompts these callers are still being directed to the English Que. Ive had this problem before and it was fixed after I adjusted the destination for the call if no answer, but the problem has come back and I cant seem to resolve it. Any direction on this would be appreciated.

    Hello @EngageGlobal

    Can you please explain your call flow so we can understand what you are trying to achieve and where it fails? also what PBX version are you running?

    It looks like the settings with the Digital Receptionist were off, we did get the issue resolved. Thank you for your quick response to my question though. Still new to the whole system and learning.
