The operator extension cannot be disabled, you can however either change the prompt so that users do not get this prompt or create a dummy operator extension that forwards the call to an IVR with a message and End Call after 1 second. This way no phones will be ringing after hours.There's no option to disable the operator extension, or to just deliver the call to voicemail of an extension
