Is it possible to create a specific path for the promptfiles used in CDR ?
    Create a path "C:/Application/Prompts/SayThis.wav"

So if i change that file, the CDR would play the new sound instead of the old?

    Hello @Casper Søndergaard,

Please note that for performance reasons, the Queue Manager will cache the audio files used by CFD apps on startup. If a new dynamic file is played later, it will be cached at that moment. But once cached, any change you do to the file will be ignored.

If you need to change the files to play, you need to use new file names. You can use Dynamic Audio File prompts to dynamically create the file name to play. And use different names every time you need to change them. Once a wav file is cached, it can't be changed until you restart the Queue Manager service.

    Kind regards.

So its not possible to build the flow, with specific path for where the prompts are, and then when i upload the flow file to 3cx, it will cache the audo files at the path and then use them?
This is so creating multiple language of the same flow would only require to change the audio files in the folder when uploading to 3CX, instead of having to change all the files inside CFD and then build the different language versions of the flow?

You can, but please note that any change to a wav file will not be considered until you restart the 3CX Queue Manager service. The service will cache the files the first time that the CFD app asks it to play it.

You can use Dynamic Audio File prompt to create file paths using expressions, and then you can include the language name or code in the path, so you have only 1 app for many languages...
