Specified port is in use 5000 on intial install

    When installing for the first time I receive an error saying port 5000 is in use.

    I used netstat -o but 5000 is not in use.

    I restarted and still get the error.

    How can I get this installed?

    Download the uninstaller and try again. Make sure to follow all of the steps.
