    Thanks for the links.. but no idea on another workaround ?
    Because I have 600 numbers and do not want to create more than 600 Outbound rules... :-(
    Also we need that easily maintained and updated by 2 or 3 users.

    Speed dial numbers are normally a small subset of your main numbers.

    If you have pro / enterprise license, using the 3CX client each user can setup their own group of most used numbers using the side panel https://www.3cx.com/user-manual/calls/#h.qtd2dh3uk4k

    I know it does not allow for 600, but it may help
