Split Records for Caller / Callee

    Is it possible to configure the recordings to save separate files for the caller and callee audio.

    I want to use a speech to text engine (Bing speech api) to convert the conversations but it doesn't work well with multiple voices in a single audio file.

    Unfortunately you cannot have separate files for the caller and callee audio.
    Recording is enable for each extension. The PBX will create one file with the conversation of the caller and the callee.

    You can always submit this as a feature suggestion, in the ideas forum.
