Spoofing internal extention number

    I work in a support department and take calls from a central queue. When the caller is answered, they see my own extension number and then tend to call back directly rather than via the central queue. Is it possible to display the queue number to the caller rather than my own actual extension number, or at least hide my extension number/name? Sort of 'Outbound caller ID' for internal use .....

    I cant think of how you would do that. I would suggest that a quick hit with a taser would likely solve the problem fairly quickly.
