SSL Certificate renewal has been failed

    Hi

    We are getting an error every day on one of our 3cx's that's hosted.

    "SSL Certificate renewal has been failed. Error: Certificate generation failed because the license key is not valid or it's maintenance has expired. For an SSL certificate to be renewed, you must have a valid key which is not expired, or valid maintenance."

    The install does have a valid license/maintenance that expires

    Hi there, was this resolved? If so, what was the resolution? I have the same issue at a client's pbx.

    I haven't had a reply yet to as to if the proposed steps worked or not so i cannot really say. Send me a p.m. as i will need some data on the installation to see what might be the issue.
