SSL expired

    Our SSL on one of our PBX's has expired and not been auto renewed.

    We have 2 PBX's and one renewed successfully and one didn't.

    Do I need to do this manually?

    Hello @Andy Veal

    Are you using a 3CX FQDN? Is the maintenance for the key still valid? Did you receive an warning email that the certificate failed to renew?

    Hello,

    We are using an FQDN, as far as I am aware the key is still valid.

    V15 PBX

    Please advise on next steps as I need to access the PBX to make some changes asap.
