We use the API and makecall to initiate a call form various apps. Prior to v14, when this happened, the user extension called and the user accepted the call. This started the call to the destination. At this point a dial tone could be heard. Now, when the call is accepted by the extension user, the call goes on to the hold message/music. If this is a busy sales environment, the user cannot hear what is going on. Is it ringing, how many rings, is it engaged etc. Is there a way to change this to how it used to be - like you made the call from the handset?
