Status Log

    Dear support,

    It should be grate to find in the log the status log off an exention, with date and hours when the status change and witch state was applied.

    (hope you anderstand i'm french, sorry for my english)

    I don't know if there is a 3CX report, somewhere, that provides this information. However, this information can be found in the table callcent_ag_queuestatus table. Here is a sample:

    q_num, ag_num, timeofupdate, is_loggedin_in_queue, is_loggedin_in_allqueues

    804 116 2017-05-30 22:11:30.000 False False
    804 116 2017-05-30 22:12:22.000 False False

    3CX strongly discourages accessing the database directly (that's an understatement). Unless you are very, very careful you can place locks on whole tables by accessing this data, which could cause 3CX to crash. Support could also flag your PBX as unsupported.
