Ok, It seems that using the 'X' on the 3cxphone application does keep it in the system tray and it doesn't steal focus - until you click the 'answer' button that is. At that point it jumps back up to the screen and you are back where you started. So for each call you have to 'X' out of the application each time to keep it from stealing focus. In our call center that equates to 100+ extra clicks per person each day. It would seem to make sense that after you 'X' the application it would stay down in the tray. If the reason it comes back up is because you get the end call button then add that button to the tray display and this issue disappears. Any ideas on a resolution to this?
