Straight to voicemail when calling SIP number.

    Hi All,

    Slowly getting everything up and running but I seem to have run into an issue being able to call my SIP number and have it call an extension.

    I can make calls outbound absolutely fine, but inbound calls to the number go straight to voicemail. I added the DID in the VOIP provider page with the asterisk and the last four digits of the number. Similar to this: *1234, I have set the same for the DDI/DID number. Also my inbound rule is set to the same and I have it calling extension 100 which is a windows soft phone.

    Any ideas?

    This can be closed, just figured out that I added the SIP provider as a generic SIP trunk when it needed to be generic VOIP provider.
