Strange Behaviour: Make Call -> Hold

    I've done an installation today with several yealink phones.
    3CX phone on windows 7.
    CTI mode activated.
    Doing a call from the Softphone with a W52H.
    W52H says "Make Call" which i accept.
    Then it's automatically on HOLD and i hear our own queue music while the remote phone (which is my mobile phone in the test) is ringing. If i answer the request on my mobile phone, the W52H is still on HOLD.

    Another one:
    I call some hotline where you have to put some number to get forward to a service, i choose 3 as example, it's ringing, if someone answer the phone the W52H is getting on HOLD and i can listen to our own queue music again.

    What the hell? :)

    If you are using a VoIP Provider to call out, go to the "Advanced" tab of the VoIP Provider settings in the Management Console and make sure the "Supports Re-Invite" and "Support 'Replaces' header" are both disabled and that "PBX Delivers Audio" is enabled.
