Hi, I am running a 3CX v11SP4 without any problems. I can make and receive phone calls. Also I make use of 3 different VoIP Providers. When a call comes in, regardless by which provider, the Server Activity Log (Verbose mode) starts always with: - "Compare IPs: incoming=83.1xx.1xx.1xx; external=188.8.131.52" - "IPs do not match!" The incoming IP is related to the VoIP Provider but where the external IP-address comes from..., I don’t know. The external IP always stay the same and belongs to the “Japan Izumo Cable Vision Co. Ltd.” :O Does anybody know how to remove or correct this? Thank you.
