Strange Incoming problem

Hi, I configured the 3CX pbx with my voip provider. I can make outgoing calls, but I have a little problem in incoming calls only if the calls are routed to a IVR o Queue. If an incoming call is routed to an IVR, in my mobile phone I see that the call still in connecting. In line status I see the call connected for about 20 seconds, then the call is terminated and then re-connected. After 30 seconds my mobile phone close the call, but the line stay connected. If I route the call to an exension I have no problem. I attached my log:
