I am experiencing the same issue but on Windows XP SP3. After a reboot of the HP 5850 workstation where I have version 10 SP 3 installed the 3CXMediaServer Service performs correctly for around 3-4 hours. After this period an incoming or external call causes the 3CSMediaserver service to max the CPU out and a single call rings, answers, but no audio and long delays.
Nothing else on the workstation appears to have been affected. Generally CPU utilisation is down to 4%.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
