Struggling with V14

    What is this menu item?

    "Create Emergency Number"

    What does mean? Do I add 911 there?
    ( I am in the US )

    I think I need a checklist of things I am supposed to do

    Yes you would add 911 there and then select the trunk to use.
    What this does it ensures the 911 is always at the top of the list on the outbound calling rules.
    And it allows you to setup a email alert for emergency numbers being dialed.

    So for example if extension 100 dialed 911 it would send a email saying so which is helpful if someone accidentally dials 911 or if there is a real emergency.
