STUN check failure

    As of today, I have been unable to get 3CX phone to connect to gizmo network to receive calls made to Gizmo telno, even though I previously had no problem doing so, and have not (knowingly) changed any settings in hardware or software. I can still receive calls to Gizmo telno using Gizmo's own client, so gizmo appears to be working. Tried reinstalling 3CX v5 to repl v4. Also tried changing STUN settings to those recommended by 3cx system forum users; that led to 'authentication failure' vs simply 5 failed attempts to connect each time. Gizmo claims its stun port is 3478 but no evident way to incl that in 3cx config; tried making stun setting in 3cx first stun01.sipphone.com and then stun01.sipphone.com:3478; both failed. If this isn't a STUN problem, what is it? Please advise.

    Hi, just checked our 3CX system and we are now seeing stun timeout, will let 3CX support know and hope they fix it.

    Thanks. After several more failed attempts this am, was able to get 3cxphone to connect, but am concerned about recurrence of prob.
