Solved STUN Extentions cannot hear or speak to each other

Hello

I have an issue with 4 STUN phones that I have provisioned which are based outside of the office.
They cannot hear or speak to each to each other, but they can call everyone else who are on the LAN.

Any ideas if this is an RTP port issue, or a firewall issue?

Hello @FelixH

As a first step, before trying to further troubleshoot this, make sure of the following:
  • In the extension settings >> provisioning tab of your stun extensions, make sure that you are using different sip port and rtp port range for each of your stun phones.
  • SIP/RTP ports used for each extension in above step should be forwarded in the remote firewall to the local ip of the corresponding ip phone.
  • In extension settings >> Options tab enable the option "PBX delivers audio" for all your stun extensions.
  • After above changes, re-provision phones
 
Setting the PBX Delivers Audio option did the job, I had already set the "Local SIP Port of Phone" and "Local RTP ..." settings earlier it seems.
