what should I do? add different stun server? enable keep alive? using 3cx v10 sp3
Do you even need STUN on 3CX, maybe not. Do you use a VoIP provider or just a gateway? Do you have remote extensions?
Run the 3CX firewall checker, see what results you get. Try to correct for any errors that show up. Might be a port forwarding issue, or router incompatibility.
What is the actual problem that you think involves STUN? It looks like an extension is terminating the call.

I use voip provider
Running the 3cx firewall checker it tells me that works but with translation...but I don't know way, i have configured in the windows 2008 routing and remote access to map statically those ports...
What make/model router are you using?
