Hello, According to: https://www.3cx.com/docs/jabra-headsets/ the Jabra headsets with Jabra Direct tool can work with Answer/Hangup button. But we are not getting this working. ¿Is it a feature only for 3CX for 3CX platform? ¿Or does it work also with 3CX for SIP Providers (Standard SIP) ? Thanks a lot ! We really appreciate your great work!
