Support for Answer/Hangup with Jabra Direct

    Hello,

    According to: https://www.3cx.com/docs/jabra-headsets/ the Jabra headsets with Jabra Direct tool can work with Answer/Hangup button.

    But we are not getting this working. ¿Is it a feature only for 3CX for 3CX platform? ¿Or does it work also with 3CX for SIP Providers (Standard SIP) ?

    Hi!
    I'm no expert in this area but I do have a setup of Jabra Evolve 65 with Jabra direct installed on a Windows 7 which works but it has some issues.
    Jabra Direct has to be launched before the 3CX client to detect the software it should look something like this:

    If it doesn't say "ready" I have to restart the 3CX client until it works, when its working theres no issues.

    Hope its of any kind of help.

    Is your 3CX Version "Standard for VoIP Providers" (plan SIP) or the 3CX for 3CX Phone System?
