Support for Recurring Meetings

    It is my understanding that meeting links are deleted / deactivated after 7 days; here is the problem...

    I love the new Office 365 integration when creating Meetings (Audio or Video). I was front loading my calendar with recurring video conferences (Some weekly and some bi-weekly) The first time we join the meeting everything works fine. The problem is if the next meeting is more than 7 days away, your attendees will receive a "meeting not found" message when trying to join.

    Is there a way to change that? If not, that makes recurring meeting creation almost impossible using 3CX Web Meeting.

    Anyone have a solution or is there a patch coming?

    Hello @D Caviness

    Please note that web meeting does not support recurring meeting creation as the link will expire as you said. You can however use the personal link of your extension to schedule your meetings. You can find the link under extension settings / General / Click to Call/ Click to Meet. Give a friendly name to your web URL and use that for scheduling your meetings. You will need to select the option "All participants are joined to a public meeting room. Organizer MUST connect first." for multiple participants.
