Support Purchase Before License Upgrade

    Hello,

    We are planning on buying direct support through 3CX soon. I was wondering if we purchased this and upgraded our current license to include support then in the next few months, we decide to move to a higher simultaneous call license, will the support be transferred over? Or will we have to buy support all over again?

    To confirm, the scenario is buy support on current license then upgrade SC license in the future, will the support transfer over?
