supress "MakeCall"

    Hi,

    if we made a CTI-Call with the version 14, the snom phone dials directly after press the call button in the 3cx-soft-phone.

    After the update to the version 15.5, the local snom phone shows a "MakeCall" on the display and waits with dailing till I start the call...

    Can I change the behaviour to the version 14?

    Hello @Biber

    What model Snom are you using and what firmware is the phone running? Also are you using the default template?
    Is the phone provisioned as local or remote?
    Make Call is used when full CTI cannot be achieved, either because the phone is not supported for CTI or because the phone and client cannot directly communicate.

    Hello YiannishH,

    I use a SNOM 760 with FW version 8.9.3.66 and the default template. The 3cx-server is a vServer which is located in the Internet, not in the Office. The phones are connected to the server through two router, which are making NAT.

    Within this setup use the 3CX WebClient to start calls on the devices.
