Switchboard shows stuck calls / doesn't update

    Hi All,

    Has anyone experienced an issue with the Switchboard Not Updating or Showing calls that were like finished for hours ago? and only way to correct is to re-launch the 3CX windows app?

    Do you have any alternative/permanent fix?

    When i faced this issue, I use to force end the call, by right clicking it, and it was back to normal.

    Do you have a stuck call in the system or is the presence information not updated in the switchboard?

    Yes, since upgrading to v15 from v14 we have seen this issue, we are running latest build of the clients and sometimes 1-2x per day will need to close/start 3cx client to get it to update. In v14 we rarely if ever had to restart. We have not opened case with support as we are eagerly awaiting v15.5 to become GA so we can just use web wallboard and be done with GUI Client.

    To add more detail....if we login to the current active calls in admin gui that is displaying correct current calls, its just the client side wallboard that is not refreshing the data. A simple close/open and the data immediately refreshes to current.

    @NTB Inc

    This might indicate that you have a network issue as the client will stop updating the presence information only if network connectivity is lost and regained. At that point you will require a restart of the client to regain presence information (we are aware of this issue). Can you tell me the version of the client and the PBX you are running?

    One scenario we have reviewed is if the TCP/UDP timeouts across our VPN are contributing but we have these set to high values and also wasn't a problem in v14.

    We are running PBX version 15.0.62928.5 and 3cx client 15.0.60903.0

    Please note that the issue will be resolved, most probably when 15.5 arrives.

    Ok great, we have a scheduled task to stop/start it so hasn't been a huge deal. Are there any timeframes of when 15.5 will be a GA release and available to update via Update option in GUI?

    I do not have an ETA for the release as this is still being tested and worked on, i guess it will depend on how well the testing of the Alpha goes.

    Hi YiannisH, 15.5 was already released and in Beta state, don't want to apply it in our environment yet and waiting for the stable build but just wanted to check if you can confirm that the fix for this issue has been applied?

    the final is there! since 2 days. It contains an fix for staled connection and the brand new web client!
